HOMShop uses Returnless for returns and exchanges. This portal helps us keep your return costs as low as possible. Please note: we do not reimburse shipping costs for returns to us. Any exchanges will be shipped back to you free of charge.
You can register your return/exchange on our returns portal, where you can also create your shipping label.
Please include your invoice/packing slip or a note with your information with your return, indicating which products you would like to exchange/return and for which products/sizes.
Defects:
For defects or other issues, please indicate this on the return form. After entering the product in question, select "defective" or "does not meet expectations, I received a different product than I ordered" as the reason for return. We always ask for a photo of the product in question. Any follow-up questions will be addressed to you by email. We will then work with you to find a suitable solution.
Conditions:
For exchanges or returns, items must have their original tags attached, be in their original packaging, and must not be worn or washed. Trying on items is only permitted wearing your own underwear. Products must not have acquired any odors from smoke, pets, or perfume. The shipment must be securely packaged (we unfortunately cannot accept damaged product boxes/products) and sent with sufficient postage to:
Unpaid items will be accepted, but the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. These costs will be higher than you are normally used to, as PostNL charges an additional fee. Please include your order number in all correspondence.
Once we receive the products in good condition, they will be exchanged and shipped to you free of charge, or refunded in the case of returns. Return processing can take approximately two weeks.
